WHAT TYPES OF SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE?
LifeSavr is available for all level of administrative tasks such as: calendar management, travel arrangements, data entry, server organization, and inbox management.
Outside of the everyday admin we can accommodate marketing content generation, social media management, report preparation, meeting coordination, and event planning as needed.
If there is a question, we will find the answer.
HOW DO YOU DEVELOP A VA PLAN?
Every business need is different and not all clients require the same amount of dedication.
An individual consultation will be scheduled to go over your specific support areas. Once we have a clear picture of the VA needs for your group, we can establish a weekly/monthly plan that will fit your schedule.
HOW ARE WORKING HOURS INVOICED?
Invoices are submitted weekly and billed by the hour/half-hour.
Multitasking is our strong suit so if we can get a task done in 30 minutes, we won't charge for a full hour.
During your individual consultation we will discuss your specific needs and determine a fixed schedule for each task requested.
Your time is valuable and we want to make sure it gets spent well. No surprises at the end of the month.
WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING HOURS?
Currently LifeSavr is located in Central Standard Time and our operating hours are from 9am - 5pm CST. If you are located outside of the CST time zone we can discuss accommodations for your group if needed.
